I am in an uber summer mood, hunting for the perfect pastels, floral prints and sundresses. Summer is all about being girly, wearing bright colours, innocent accents and most of all, sweet accessories. You can play with patterns; mixing and matching. Lana Del Rey has become one of my newest obsessions. She is absolutely stunning and, let's just say it, flawless. I love her hair, lips and defined cat eyes. She makes me want to travel back to the 1960's and befriend Twiggy. Or better yet, I can befriend Lana Del Rey. Here is a inspiration style palette I have put together with her lady-like stature.

Hippie, bohemian, gypsy... these words truly describe this sense of style and colour palette. Think bright patterns, flowing garments, sensual lipstick, bangles upon bangles, headbands, over-sized shades, crop tops and body chains. This style has definitely become iconic as Coachella has become a large part of the music industry, where even celebrities make and appearance in a hippie/boho outfit. Vanessa Hudgens was seen at Coachella wearing a patterned crop-top, short shorts and a cute flower headband. Mix and match, as anything really goes with this inspirational look. Blues, dark pinks and purples along with light and darker browns are the fundamental colours of this look. Think light and summery, if you were about to sit on the beach and swing out your guitar while watching the sunset.

Boyfriend blazers have definitely been a staple fashion piece for a while, but why not spice things up a bit with a huge splash of colour? Make the blazer your feature piece of your outfit and tone down your other colours to a minimum- white for example. Or take a simple outfit and add a splash of colour by throwing a gorgeous pink bag over your shoulder. Never forget to accessorize with the just the right amount!
